Job DescriptionMarketing Messaging Specialist LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a marketing messaging specialist with 3 or more years of experience for a contract to hire opportunity for a CPG in Pittsburgh, PA. This primarily remote with some days in office. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team. Responsibilities: • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly communication plans aligned with the promotional and launch calendar., • Create data-driven segmentation strategies to inform daily communications through personalized content and customer preferences., • Comply with all security policies and procedures., • Partner with the digital team to assess and optimize the performance of key messaging, channels, and tactics., • Lead the planning, development, execution, and optimization of retention-focused marketing campaigns. Qualifications:, • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields., • Proficient in Project Management tools such as Monday.com or related software., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products., • Proactive, self-starter., • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize while working on multiple projects., • Strong project management skills., • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment under intense deadlines., • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and creative team-player.
