Job Description We are looking for a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team. Must be experienced with conduit (½” to 2”) and have apartment complex or multi-family project experience. Responsibilities: • Install, bend, and run conduit (½”–2”), • Perform underground electrical work and conduit installation, • Read and follow blueprints and NEC codes, • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, • Install panels, breakers, switches, outlets, and lighting systems, • Work safely, efficiently, and meet deadlines Requirements: • Valid Journeyman license, • Strong conduit experience (½”–2”), • Experience with apartment complex/multi-family projects preferred, • Solid knowledge of NEC electrical codes and standards, • Ability to perform underground work when required, • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment, • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation, • Background check required after 2-week probation if hired

Job Description As an Electrical Foreman at RC Power, Inc. you will play a crucial role in leading and managing on-site electrical installations. Your expertise, leadership, and commitment to quality will ensure the successful execution of projects while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance. Responsibilities: • On-Site Project Management:, • Lead and oversee on-site installations, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and company standards., • Collaborate with clients to manage project schedules, site cleanliness, and safety for employees and other trades on-site., • Take responsibility for material ordering, inventory management, and the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) process., • Supervise and manage project subcontractors and rental equipment., • Communication and Documentation:, • Effectively communicate Requests for Information (RFIs), Change Orders, and project updates to the Project Manager and relevant team members., • Maintain accurate red-lines and as-built drawings throughout the project., • Compliance and Safety:, • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes., • Monitor employee punctuality and adherence to breaks and lunch times, following company policies and legal requirements., • Manage crew timecards and track employee hours., • Quality Control and Productivity:, • 10+ years of experience in the commercial electrical field., • Active California Electrician State Certification., • Clean DMV record., • Competitive hourly wage., • Benefits package includes:, • Medical, Dental & Vision insurance allowance., • 401(k) with potential 5% match., • Paid Time Off., • 10 Paid Holidays.
