Job DescriptionJob Title: Maintenance Technician Shift: 2-2-3-3 shift day and nights available Pay depending on experience and shift availability Contract-to-hire (indefinite length of contract until direct- opportunity to opt into health insurance while on contract) Job Description The Maintenance Technician will support operations within a high-tech automated warehouse environment. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting robotic forklifts, palletizing arms, conveyor systems, and racking infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have mechanical and electrical knowledge and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven setting. Responsibilities • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic forklifts, palletizing arms, conveyors, and racking systems., • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues across automated systems., • Monitor system performance and respond to alerts or faults in real-time., • Collaborate with remote support and engineering teams to resolve complex issues., • Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and system updates., • Support system upgrades and installations as needed., • 1+ years of manufacturing experience, either in a Mechanic, Auto Mechanic, or Entry Level Maintenance., • Technical skills including the ability to use touchscreens, computers, and mobile cell phones., • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and communicate problems with ideas for solving., • Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, mechanical skills, manufacturing., • Automation, production, machine operation, mechanical, robotics, preventive maintenance, repair. Work Environment The work environment is within a distribution center equipped with an automated racking system, multiple robotic arm cells in inbound and outbound areas, and 300 robots. The robotic arms break down large pallets and prepare products for shipment. The racking system reaches heights of up to 45 feet, with restrictive areas of 24 inches, subject to environmental conditions. Employees must be capable of working in temperatures ranging from 105°ree; to 32°ree; Fahrenheit. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tolleson, Arizona. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
