Job Description JOB GOAL: The Residential Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining behavior analytic programming for residential clients being served at Wedgwood Christian Services. The BCBA will provide face-to-face training and supervision to direct care staff within a residential treatment program and coordinate with clinical and leadership team members to provide a holistic, trauma-informed, model of care. Client caseload will be determined by the Leadership Team and will include residents within Wedgwood’s Developmental Disability and Cognitive Impairment Unit as well as clients requiring behavioral consult within other units on Wedgwood’s campus.
