In this dual role, you will be an integral part of our delivery operations, ensuring the timely and safe delivery of equipment to our customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting in warehouse duties including the efficient storage of materials, and the accurate picking, packing, and shipment of orders. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Delivery Driver) • Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses via various routes., • Follow routes and time schedules accurately and as assigned., • Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle., • Adhere to DOT regulations and safety standards., • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)., • Perform inventory controls and maintain high-quality standards for audits., • Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization., • Complete paperwork and return it to dispatch., • Report any discrepancies immediately to the supervisor for direction., • Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and coworkers., • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment with preventive care., • Follow quality service standards and comply with all procedures, rules, and regulations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Warehouse Assistant), • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)., • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)., • Perform inventory controls and maintain high-quality standards for audits., • Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization., • Report any discrepancies promptly., • Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and coworkers., • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment with preventive care., • Proven experience as a Delivery Driver (minimum 2 years), • Excellent organizational and time management skills, • Valid driver’s license with good driving record (must pass company insurance requirements), • Reliable transportation to and from work, • Proven experience as a Warehouse Worker, • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods, • Capable of safely moving large rolling equipment up to 400 lbs.; lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally, • Forklift experience or license (preferred), • Ability to pass a background check, • Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off., • Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company., • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the industry., • See provided Company Benefits Overview document for further information. Responsibilities • Safely operate transport vehicle. Ensuring vehicle meets all Department of Transportation (DOT) laws and company standards. * Understanding of load and freight weight requirements. * Operate forklift to unload and reload trailer with company products. * Complete all required company and DOT required documents and reports. * Maintain cleanliness of company vehicle. * Ability to manage and track inventory. * Protect company assets by securing product loads before and during transport. * Complete comprehensive vehicle inspections. Qualifications * Must be 21 years of age or older. * Minimum two years’ experience driving tractor/trailers OTR. * Ability to use a handheld device and application systems. * Valid CDL Class A license • Doubles and Tanker endorsement required Must be able to meet Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration driver qualifications including pre-trip and post-trip requirements. * Ability to safely lift up to 66 pounds. * Repetitive motion when loading and securing products in trailer. * Forklift experience. * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Basic computer/data entry skills and basic math skills proficiency. * Ability to drive tractor/trailer in all weather conditions (snow chain driving experience may be required for some locations). * May be required to work up to 12-hour shifts (may vary by location) * Manual Transmission experience required.
