Job Description Flatbed Driver Company Overview: • We are a transportation company in search of experienced drivers to join our team., • Our company values safety, efficiency, and professionalism in all aspects of our operations., • We offer competitive compensation, including a percentage of the linehaul, paid orientation, and benefits after 90 days., • With 90% contracted freight and the potential to earn between $1,500 and $2,000, we provide consistent and rewarding opportunities for our drivers., • Prior flatbed experience is needed, we also value candidates with coil experience. Key Responsibilities: • Safely operate a flatbed truck to transport goods to various destinations., • Secure cargo using appropriate methods, such as chains, straps, or tarps., • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the truck is in good working condition., • Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations., • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of driving experience., • At least 1 year of experience specifically in flatbed driving., • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record., • Strong knowledge of safety protocols and ability to follow them diligently., • Excellent communication and customer service skills., • Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of cargo., • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on the road., • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or routes., • Coil experience is a plus.
