Job Description Job description: Paul’s Auto Repair is currently interviewing for a professional Front Counter Assistant/Coordinator/Service Advisor Assistant. Task & Purpose: You will be responsible for working directly with our Service Advisors, Service Technicians and Customers to ensure that our service facility flows smoothly and we are giving the best customer service possible. You will be assisting our service team, scheduling appointments, updating customers, parts ordering/distribution, and working with other service professionals in a fun, dynamic, team environment! This role also assists in the administrative and customer service aspects of the business. Primary: • Customer Service: Assist customers by answering questions and inquiries over the phone, via email, and in person. Present work to customers based on service needs. Manage the customer service to provide an exceptional experience. Minimum Qualifications (Automotive background is not necessary): • Automotive Service Advising: Automotive service experience would be very helpful to the candidate to understand and grasp the systems and processes., • Organizational & Focus Skills: Must be able to work and complete work tasks in a timely fashion in an environment that has constant distractions and interruptions., • Computer Knowledge: Must possess a working knowledge of how to use a computer and common office software products., • Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate in English fluently, both in verbal and written form.
