A strong background in compensation strategy & design, benefits administration, data analytics, and team leadership. Responsible for developing and implementing Total Rewards Programs, analyzing compensation data, and providing insights to support business decisions. The Manager will work closely with Senior Leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure our Total Rewards practices are competitive and aligned with our business objectives. Requires an exceptional ability to turn data into actionable insights as well as maintain organization, poise, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Compensation • Develop and implement compensation & benefit strategies and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives, • Analyze compensation & benefit data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, • Collaborate with Finance and Senior Leadership to provide data-driven recommendations on compensation & benefit-related matters, • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure compensation offers are competitive, equitable, and aligned with Corden’s philosophy, • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation, • Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure our compensation programs remain competitive, • Prepare and present reports and presentations on compensation data and analysis to Senior Leadership, • Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and other incentives, • Evaluate new and revised job descriptions, ensuring appropriate compensation alignment based on internal equity and market data, • Provide support and guidance on compensation-related issues to HR and other departments Benefits and Employee Recognition • Lead all aspects of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and wellness initiatives, • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (ERISA, COBRA, ACA, FMLA, HIPAA, etc.), • Partner with Finance on cost analysis, reconciliation, and budget forecasting for benefits programs, • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to benefits offerings that support employee well-being and retention, • Develop and implement recognition initiatives that celebrate employee achievements and reinforce Corden’s culture of appreciation, • Oversight of benefit vendors, brokers, and insurers. Negotiate contracts, manage vendor performance, and ensure cost control, • Monitor benefit trends and emerging programs (healthcare, mental health, voluntary benefits, wellbeing, wellness, EAPs) Other • Lead change management efforts when compensation or benefits programs change, • Develop clear communications, education materials, and training for HR, managers and employees on compensation & benefits programs, philosophy, and changes, • Develop policy, processes, guidelines, and controls to ensure consistent and equitable application across Corden, • Ensure internal audit, compliance checks, documentation, and governance for pay and benefit decisions, • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members cGMP is the part of Quality Management System ensuring products are consistently produced to accurate quality standards. Adherence to clearly defined procedures, in compliance with the principles of cGMP, is required when performing operations across Corden Pharma Colorado. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field; a Master’s Degree is preferred, • Eight years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Finance, Compensation & Benefits, Analytics, or a related field, • Experience working in leading Total Rewards programs in an entrepreneurial culture as well as a larger, established company is desired This is a Hybrid On-Site role based out of Boulder, Colorado. This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site. There may be times the Manager needs to attend early morning or late evening calls with our Global Teams. They must be job related and consistent with business necessity. • Expertise in compensation software and data analysis tools, • Strong analytical mindset with strong Excel and HRIS reporting skills, • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to compensation & benefits, • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, market pricing, and job evaluation methods, • In-depth understanding of benefits administration and compliance requirements, • Strong attention to detail and solid planning, time management, decision-making, and organization skills; sense of urgency, excellent follow-through, and the ability to handle multiple priorities concurrently, • Poise and excellent communication and influence skills with employees at every level from frontline to senior executives; exceptional verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to communicate effectively and influence with all levels of management and staff, • Adept at handling multiple competing priorities and duties in a fast-paced, results driven, rapidly changing environment - with minimal daily oversight, • High level of integrity and confidentiality SALARY Actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
