    Company: All Quartz Marble & Granite Location: Whippany, NJ Job Type: Full-time About Us All Quartz Marble & Granite is a fast-growing, family-owned stone fabrication shop specializing in quartz, granite, marble, and quartzite countertops, vanities, and custom work. We run modern CNC equipment (Park Industries Titan & Voyager) and are building a high-performance production team. We’re looking for an experienced AlphaCam / CNC Programmer who knows stone, understands shop flow, and can help us push speed and quality at the same time. Responsibilities Program daily jobs for Park Industries Titan 4700 and Voyager using AlphaCam (and/or Park software). Import digital templates, clean geometry, and optimize nests for material yield and cut time. Create toolpaths for: Sinks, cooktops, faucet holes Edge profiles and miters Radius work, notches, and custom shapes Set and refine feeds, speeds, and tool parameters for quartz, granite, marble, and quartzite. Work directly with templaters and shop foreman to: Review jobs Catch errors before cutting Reduce remakes and rework Maintain and update a program library / standards for recurring jobs. Assist in troubleshooting machine issues related to programming (offsets, toolpaths, collisions, etc.). Contribute ideas to improve production speed, quality, and material yield. Requirements Experience programming AlphaCam (or similar CAD/CAM) in a stone shop. Hands-on experience with CNC stone machinery, ideally Park Industries Titan and/or Voyager. Strong understanding of: Slab layout Vein matching Sink reveals Overhangs, miters, and laminations Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, templates, and customer layouts. High attention to detail and pride in sending clean, correct programs out to the floor. Reliable, organized, and able to keep up in a busy production environment. Nice to Have Experience with digital templating systems. Knowledge of tooling, polishing sequences, and edge profiles. Previous lead or supervisory experience in a fabrication shop.     Seeking a Sr Data Quality Engineer for installation, configuration & ongoing administration of the Collibra Data Quality (DQ) platform, implement data quality checks, validation rules & anomaly detection in Collibra DQ plus solution development & integration. Duration: contract position/6-12 months Work location: NYC (midtown) (onsite) Key responsibilities: -Design & implement data quality checks, validation rules & anomaly detection in Collibra DQ to improve accuracy, completeness, and trust. -Build & maintain workflows & automated remediation processes within the platform. -Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain the Collibra DQ application & related components. -Develop and support Collibra workflows, API integration & Java-based solutions. -Connect to and scan databases/data lakes; integrate with RDBMS, Snowflake, and REST/Java APIs. -Implement CI/CD & version control (e.g., GitHub) for DQ artifacts and integration. -Develop microservices & solutions using API/Event-Driven Architecture. -Communicate & coordinate platform upgrades & major releases. -Onboard users, deliver training & support data governance & steward teams. Duration: contract position/6-12 months Rate:$65.00-$75.00 per hr.     Job Title: Field Technical Support Location: Watertown, NY 13601 (Onsite) Mode : Contract This is a field support role, candidate needs to visit multiple sites. Candidate needs to have his own vehicle. You will be required to provide Deskside / OSS / FSO technical support to Desktop PCs, Laptops, Tablets, Smart Phones, Desk telephony, AV equipment, Comms room devices/activities, desk cabling, Software installation and troubleshooting and any other related technology. Providing a high level of customer satisfaction and extremely strong communicator in both verbal and written communicate in the local language. Support includes specification, installation, and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established standards and guidelines. Activities require interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve unique, non-recurring problems. Work self-sufficiently to perform fault diagnostics, delivery user requirements, while maintaining standards and SLAs. Supervisory Skills Required • Must ensure the team successfully work towards achieving all goals, such as SLA’s, OLAs & DSAT/CSAT,, • Financial management of the area must be of the forefront of thinking for all decisions and activities along side the KPIs, • Consistent monitoring of the teams attendance in accordance with contractual requirements for holidays, seasonal coverage ensuring the operational service is maintained fully, • Deliver Managed Services for the client, • Build and manage various on-site/off-site teams and direct all related People/ Process and Technology Competencies, • Formalize internal process to ramp-up expertise of resources, • Prepare reports on Monthly / Weekly / Daily basis to show productivity improvements and efficiencies, • Manage Service Improvement activities as and when required, • Handle Escalation through to successful resolve, • Accurately testing, identifying, preparing, repairing, resolving, and documenting end user technical issues relating to Desktop support. Devices include, but not limited to Desktop PC, Micro PC, Thin Client, Laptop, Tablet, Smartphone, Printers, MFDs, and basic network connectivity, • Hands on role, expected to provide 2nd line IT support to the business community ensuring that all requirements are met within agreed service level agreement, • To provide infrastructure administration functions, • Providing on-site cover as part of a shift arrangement, • Support inline with contracted business working hours, • Provide site support in remote offices when required, • Being prepared to work out of hours when required, • Troubleshooting and resolving software issues; reimaging computers/hard drives Backing up and restoring settings and associated systems administration activities, • Taking ownership of issues through to resolution on all appropriate requests, • Categorize and prioritize end user support requests and service requests by utilizing a Customer ticketing system to track tickets and provide up-to-date status and information, • Ensuring regular customer interaction to adhere with update SLA’s and high levels of customer service, • Providing daily ticket updates to ensure users are fully updated on updates, • Move equipment associated with service requests, inline with health and safety guidelines, • Monitoring and mentoring team health and safety practices, • Performing asset inventory activities as needed, • End user training and guidance on the use of hardware and software, • This position requires the ability to work in a BAU and / or project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork, • Performs other duties as assigned
