The ideal candidate can work independently and as part of a team, follow management instructions, and has strong customer service and cash handling experience. Position Overview The Release Agent serves as a key point of contact for customers retrieving impounded vehicles or property. This role is responsible for providing professional and courteous customer service, ensuring all release procedures are followed accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The Release Agent manages payment processing, verifies documentation, and maintains detailed records of all transactions. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
