Job Description Pay: $225,000.00 - $435,000.00 per year Job description: Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at one of our clients offices in Boston, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., New York, or Silicon Valley. Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have 34 years of intellectual property litigation experience, with specific exposure to patent and trade secrets disputes. Job Description • Join a nationally recognized Intellectual Property Litigation group, • Handle high-stakes patent, trade secret, and commercial disputes across technology, software, digital media, life sciences, and semiconductor industries, • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery in complex litigation matters, • Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials, • Work closely with clients, technical experts, and colleagues across offices, • 34 years of intellectual property litigation experience, • Specific experience with patent and trade secrets disputes, • Experience with inter partes review petitions highly desirable, • Degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related field strongly preferred, • Outstanding academic credentials, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Relevant bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly) required, • Work at a global law firm with a top-ranked IP litigation practice, • Represent high-profile clients on complex, groundbreaking cases, • Access to robust mentorship and professional development programs, • Clear career advancement track within a growing practice Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • Dental insurance, • Health insurance, • Paid time off, • Retirement plan, • Vision insurance
