The Role: Harbinger Marketing is seeking a highly organized and visionary Website Director to lead the planning, design, and development of websites across the organization. This role oversees Developers, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Web Designers, and Contractors, ensuring that websites are conceived, planned, and delivered with excellence. The Website Director provides both strategic input and operational leadership, shaping the overall direction of Harbinger’s website services while maintaining accountability, timelines, and consistent quality across simultaneous builds. This role will define best practices, foster innovation, and ensure that our websites not only meet partner needs but also set a high standard for creativity, performance, and scalability. Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Oversight • Lead and manage the Website Planning, Design, and Development Team (Developers, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Web Designers, and Contractors)., • Provide leadership, mentorship, and accountability to ensure performance standards are met., • Assign workloads, monitor capacity, and support team growth., • Shape the strategic direction of website planning and execution, ensuring partner goals, user experience best practices, and scalability are factored into every build., • Collaborate with sales, creative, and leadership to refine website positioning, features, and approach during early planning stages., • Oversee multiple concurrent website projects, maintaining clear timelines and deliverables., • Serve as the central point of accountability between teams, ensuring scope, quality, and deadlines are consistently met., • Develop best practices, templates, and frameworks for scaling website builds., • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce production time., • Review designs for usability, feasibility, and alignment with partner goals., • Ensure design intent translates effectively into development., • Flag when unique/custom assets are needed and coordinate with designers., • 5+ years of experience in website or digital project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role., • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and holding individuals accountable., • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects at once., • Familiarity with web design principles (UX/UI, responsive layouts, wireframes)., • Understanding of web development processes (CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow, HTML/CSS fundamentals)., • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills., • Familiarity with planning and design software (Relume, Figma, etc.)., • Time Requirements: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (or adjusted flex hours), • Office Location: 100 Glendalough Court. Tyrone GA, 30290, • Pay Type: Salary $80,000–$95,000 annually, negotiated individually based on qualifications and experience
