Security Clearance: None/Not Required Collins Aerospace is hiring a Manager of Quality Assurance in our Lenexa, KS location to support our Galley Inserts team. This position manages the execution of the Quality Assurance operational plan. In this role, you will lead of team of primarily experienced Quality Assurance professionals or a team responsible for Quality Assurance. You will set tactical and operational plans in support of continuous quality improvement, and provide guidance on the implementation of Quality Assurance plans and procedures. You will interact with different internal stakeholders from the site and offshore sites coordinating quality improvements, which are later on reported to the top management. This role may be eligible for relocation. The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
