Job Description GENERAL FUNCTION / SUMMARY The P&C Commercial Line Sales Agent is responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in the commercial insurance sector. This role requires a proactive, goal-driven professional with strong sales acumen and a deep understanding of commercial insurance products. The Sales Agent will build and maintain client relationships, provide tailored risk management solutions, and contribute to revenue growth. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Actively generates new sales leads through referrals, obtains all necessary information to turn leads into prospects and clients., • Present proposal to prospect and client, closes sales and completes exposure analysis., • Develop accounts and cross-sell products and services within the P&C Department and/or All-in-One Platform., • Be proficient in available to carrier rating system were provided for agency use., • Maintain the proper documentation for existing and prospective clients., • Identify carrier risk appetites, carrier information, target classes, and underwriting guidelines., • Respond to client inquiries, incoming mail, and company requests on a timely basis., • Attend training sessions and courses to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge., • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards while maintaining high ethical service practices. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license, • 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance, • Bilingual in English and one of the following: Mandarin Chinese or Thai, • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills., • Excellent communication and presentation abilities., • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results., • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows Suite and Agency Management System, • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
