Job Summary: This Product and Technical Project Manager role owns delivery of high-impact technology and product initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and effective execution from launch through continuous improvement. Drives coordination across internal teams and external partners while ensuring timelines are met and quality standards are achieved. Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive): Delivery & Execution • Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, coordination, monitoring, and delivery of results, • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget while aligning to strategic objectives, • Oversee implementation of technology and product solutions (payments processing, COTS, and custom applications), • Manage initiatives spanning B2B, B2C, internal systems, and infrastructure, • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and milestones, • Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to drive delivery and continuous improvement, • Ensure all downstream quality controls, testing, and validation processes are completed prior to release, • 100% development feature release schedule transparency so that downstream impacts on any improvements in schedule or delays (training, sop dev, etc.) can be anticipated, planned for and any potential risks can be mitigated., • Plan and conduct periodic status/update meetings with key personnel Stakeholder Leadership & Alignment • Drive alignment across development, support, operations, training, and documentation teams to ensure release readiness, • Influence and align diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders and strong personalities, to drive decisions, maintain accountability, and ensure forward momentum, • Navigate organizational complexity and resolve conflict by proactively identifying obstacles, determining alternative paths, and removing barriers without compromising quality or customer experience, • Hold stakeholders and partners accountable to commitments, timelines, and deliverables, • Coordinate with external partners and vendors to manage dependencies and meet delivery timelines, • Lead highly visible initiatives with regular communication to senior leadership, • Define and document business and user requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership Governance, Risk & Performance Management • Manage scope, schedule, and budget using established project management practices, • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, escalating as appropriate, • Track project performance and ensure accountability across teams, • Provide clear, consistent status reporting and insights to stakeholders and executive leadership, • Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle Resource & Team Leadership • Coordinate resource availability and optimize workload across concurrent initiatives, • Delegate tasks based on team members’ strengths, skill sets, and experience, • Demonstrate persistence, resilience, and ownership in driving outcomes in complex, fast-paced environments, • Foster accountability and effective collaboration across cross-functional teams Competencies: • Strategic Problem Solving: Demonstrates strong critical thinking with the ability to navigate ambiguity, identify root causes, and develop practical, high-quality solutions, • Influence & Stakeholder Leadership: Effectively influences across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership and strong personalities, to drive alignment, accountability, and decisions, • Resilience & Tenacity: Brings persistence and grit to overcome resistance, push through obstacles, and drive initiatives to completion in complex environments • Conflict Resolution & Negotiation: Proactively addresses conflict, facilitates productive discussions, and drives resolution while maintaining relationships and forward momentum, • Execution & Accountability: Takes ownership of outcomes, holds self and others accountable, and consistently delivers on commitments, • Decision-Making Under Pressure: Makes sound, timely decisions in fast-paced, high-stakes environments with competing priorities, • Organizational Agility: Navigates complexity across teams, functions, and priorities while maintaining focus on delivery and outcomes, • Collaboration & Team Orientation: Builds trust and fosters effective collaboration across cross-functional teams, • Customer & Quality Focus: Maintains a strong commitment to delivering high quality outcomes that support both internal stakeholders and customer experience, • Integrity & Ethics: Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgment, and ethical decision-making in all interactions, • Technical & Business Acumen: Applies relevant technical understanding and business context to drive effective project outcomes Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field required; advanced degree preferred Preferred Certifications (not required): • PMP • CSM Travel: Very limited travel expectations; Corporate Office is based in Dallas.
