Job DescriptionJob Title: Billing Specialist Job Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Administrator in the Omaha Metropolitan Area. The Construction Biller/Estimator will be responsible for coordinating and managing project billing, documentation, communicating with stakeholders, assisting in project planning and scheduling, and ensuring project compliance with regulations and standards. Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage project billing processes., • Handle documentation and ensure compliance with project regulations and standards., • Communicate effectively with stakeholders involved in the projects., • Assist in project planning and scheduling., • Support the project team in maintaining compliance with industry regulations.Essential Skills, • Experience in billing management, invoicing, and invoice processing., • Proficiency in data entry, accounts payable, and accounts receivable., • At least 2 years of experience in billing, particularly within the construction industry., • Strong skills in Excel and familiarity with Spectrum ERP., • Experience in construction project administration, documentation, and coordination.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • Familiarity with BuildOps software is a plus., • Basic knowledge of Excel., • Experience in the MEP Construction industry (Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing)., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Attention to detail and organizational skills., • Ability to work effectively in a team environment., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software.Work Environment The position is 100% onsite with a schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The work environment is career-focused with opportunities for pay raises and competitive bonuses, though title growth may be limited. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
