Job Description We're seeking a Medical Biller to manage physician billing operations with dedication and expertise. What You'll Do: * Review and process medical bills and claims for accuracy and completeness. * Collaborate with healthcare providers to gather essential documentation. * Communicate effectively with insurance companies to resolve billing and payment issues. * Submit timely and accurate claims to insurance carriers, including Medicare Part A & B, hospice, and specialty billing. * Maintain meticulous records of billing and payment activities. * Investigate and resolve billing disputes and claim denials. What We're Looking For: * High school diploma or equivalent. * 5+ years of experience in medical billing, specifically physician billing. * Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS coding, and Medicare guidelines. * Proficiency in Epic, Passport Insurance Verification, and Microsoft Office (365). * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with providers and insurers. * A keen eye for detail, multitasking abilities, and a commitment to meeting deadlines. * Familiarity with specialty billing and hospice claims, preferred. Monday to Friday 8am-5pm ONSITE.
