What We Offer • Compensation: $85,000 - $124,800 base pay. This range is competitive and stable., • Ethical Caseloads: 8 to 12 clients maximum. We designed this cap to meet DHS quality standards and prevent burnout., • Defined Workload: 40 hours per week (approx. 25 billable hours). You use the remaining time for supervision, planning, coordination, and notes., • No After-Hours Work: No nights. No weekends. No unpaid work at home., • Real Administrative Support: We have a dedicated scheduler and biller. You do not manage cancellations. You do not handle claims., • Hybrid Schedule: Work 2 to 3 days in homes or the clinic. Work 1 to 2 days remotely for planning and supervision tasks., • Enrollment Support: We handle DHS enrollment, background studies, and assurance statements. Your Role • QSP Responsibilities: You serve as the EIDBI Qualified Supervising Professional. You are accountable for all services under your supervision. You verify that services meet DHS standards for medical necessity and effectiveness., • Clinical Leadership: You lead the delivery of EIDBI services. You determine medical necessity and watch over progress monitoring. Your decisions guide the care team., • Supervision: You supervise Level I, II, and III providers. You confirm that services follow treatment plans. You mentor staff and model compassionate care., • Treatment Planning: You write Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs). These plans focus on functional outcomes. You review data and adjust care as needed., • Care Coordination: You work with families, schools, and doctors. You lead team meetings., • Assessment: You conduct CMDE or skill-based assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, ESDM) as required. Requirements • Certification: Active BCBA., • Licensure: Active Minnesota LBA., • EIDBI Experience: You must meet DHS standards for a QSP. This requires 2,000 hours of clinical experience with ASD., • Professional Approach: You care about ethics. You enjoy teaching new staff.
