Job Description The Opportunity As our Mobility Coach Lead, you’ll ignite impact across every CFUF program—from Economic Success and Baltimore Responsible Fatherhood Services to Baltimore 2Gen—by driving strategic leadership, streamlining operations, and delivering hands‑on coaching that empowers our members to thrive. As the Mobility Coach Lead, you’ll provide strategic leadership and hands-on support to the mobility team, ensuring collective success. What to Expect from This Opportunity Impact on Program Management • Coach & Empower: Co‑lead and energize our All-In Mobility coaching team with hands‑on support and clear guidance., • Drive Results: Monitor KPIs and service goals, ensuring the team consistently hits targets., • Ensure Quality: Review documentation weekly and perform monthly case‑record audits to maintain top‑tier compliance., • Fuel Growth: Host weekly huddles and one‑on‑one check‑ins—offering action‑focused feedback, celebrating wins, and mapping clear next steps., • Hire & Onboard: Lead the recruitment, selection, and seamless onboarding of new Mobility Coaches., • Deepen Expertise: Champion the Empath coaching model—contributing to module development and rolling out dynamic projects., • Share Best Practices: Stay on the cutting edge of case‑management trends and spark team learning with interactive trainings (role‑plays, simulations, discussions, and more)., • Collaborate & Connect: Liaise with community partners, support workforce-aligned coaching, and back the Sr. Manager in building vital service linkages., • Manage Logistics: Track staff training, schedules, grant deliverables, and assist with semi‑annual and annual performance reviews., • Lead with Purpose: Facilitate monthly team meetings—crafting agendas, capturing notes, and driving follow‑up actions. Impact on Direct Service • Assess & Strategize: Guide members through dynamic assessments to pinpoint employment, support service, and case‑management needs., • Caseload Champion: Oversee and invigorate coaches’ caseloads—ensuring every member gets the right mix of guidance and encouragement., • Strength‑Based Coaching: Partner with members to set bold, person‑centered goals, boost self‑confidence, and advance through our Empath model., • Flawless Documentation: Capture every member interaction with precision, meeting—and exceeding—compliance standards., • Placement Support: Collaborate with coaches to spark creative ideas, follow up, and secure lasting employment placements for members., • Team Collaboration: Fuel case‑conferencing sessions to share insights and elevate member care coordination., • Resource Connector: Link members to crucial internal and external supports—housing, childcare, counseling, legal aid, and more—to clear barriers to success., • Workforce Partnership: Team up with Employment Specialists to celebrate wins, troubleshoot challenges, and keep members thriving on the job or in training., • Progress Tracking: Monitor member milestones through ongoing assessments and tailored supportive‑service plans., • Community Builder: Drive outreach and forge partnerships—delivering engaging presentations to expand our impact., • Quality Assurance: Take part in scheduled case audits and pitch in on special projects outside standard hours when needed. Qualifications • Bachelor’s in Human Services or related field (Master’s preferred), • 5+ years in case management, family support, or similar role, • 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership position What Sets You Apart • Proven relationship‑building, trust‑establishment, and conflict‑resolution skills with diverse populations, • Deep knowledge of workforce development, responsible fatherhood, family services, and supports for disadvantaged individuals, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint) and data management systems, • Familiarity with community service agencies and resources for underserved communities, • Hands‑on experience delivering direct services, • Strong time management, organizational, writing, and communication abilities, • Comfort working in a fast‑paced team environment, • Willingness to travel and attend off‑site meetings, • Resourceful, resilient, and tenacious, with high integrity and passion for CFUF’s mission of equity and economic opportunity Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM—this position offers one day of remote work per week Does this sound like you?
