Job DescriptionPipe Welder Job Description We are seeking a skilled Pipe Welder to join our team on the night shift. The role involves performing MIG, Pulse MIG, and TIG welding processes on a variety of materials, including carbon steel, 304 stainless, 316 stainless, 420 stainless, and 325 incoloy. You will work with pipe sizes up to 15" OD and thicknesses ranging from 1/4" to 3/8", welding 75% MIG/Pulse MIG and 25% TIG. Responsibilities • Perform MIG, Pulse MIG, and TIG welding processes., • Work with a variety of materials, including carbon steel and various types of stainless steel., • Weld pipes with sizes up to 15" OD and thicknesses ranging from 1/4" to 3/8"., • Ensure high-quality welding in a fast-paced environment., • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Essential Skills, • 5+ years of experience in pipe welding., • 5+ years of experience in TIG and MIG welding., • Proficiency in welding stainless steel, carbon steel, and incoloy. The night shift runs from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday to Friday, with weekends and overtime as needed. The team has been working 10-hour shifts from Monday to Saturday consistently Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
