Job Description 1st Choice, LLC is actively recruiting a mission-driven Senior Social Worker to support one of our longstanding government clients within their Aging & Community Services division. This program plays a vital role in promoting independence, ensuring safety, and enhancing the wellbeing of older adults and vulnerable residents throughout the community. This is a highly impactful role within a major public health and human services system known for its commitment to equity, direct community support, and innovative service programs. Job Description 1st Choice is seeking a dependable and mission-driven Bilingual Medical Office Assistant to support a high-volume public health clinic within a major city’s Immunization Program. This clinic provides critical vaccination services to children, adults, and families across Baltimore, ensuring equitable access to public health resources. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, handling registration, appointment scheduling, and phone support. Bilingual (English + Spanish) fluency is required to support the diverse community served by the clinic.
