What You'll Do Title Fulfillment — You're the Expert • Process, review, and verify vehicle titles with speed and precision, • Coordinate with DMV offices, dealers, lenders, and customers to crush title issues and ensure compliance, • Track title statuses like a hawk — following up on delays, rejections, and missing documents before they become problems, • Maintain laser-accurate records in our title management systems, • Own inbound calls, emails, and chats — responding promptly, professionally, and with genuine care, • Tackle customer concerns head-on with a solutions-first mindset, • Proactively communicate timelines, delays, and next steps — no one likes surprises, • Build lasting relationships that make customers feel valued at every step of their journey What We're Looking For • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus, • 1–2 years in title processing, customer service, automotive, or administrative roles, • DMV knowledge strongly preferred — state title & registration experience is a big win, • Sharp attention to detail and serious organizational skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), • Experience with title management software or a Dealer Management System (DMS), • Multi-state title and registration knowledge, • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) It’s an energetic team, your contributions are visible, and your growth is real.
