Job DescriptionSocial Media Assistant/Part-Time Front Office Attendant About the Role: We're seeking a social media-savvy individual to join our team on a part-time basis. If you're passionate about digital trends, content creation, and building online communities, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Responsibilities: • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), • Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner, • Develop creative strategies to grow our audience and increase engagement, • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices, • Track analytics and provide regular reports on social media performance, • Collaborate with the team to align social media content with overall marketing goals, • Assist office manage in admin tasks, including answering the phone or client questions when on site at front desk, • In-office Tuesday - Thursday 3 PM - 6 PM, Saturday 9-1 PM, with additional hours remote for content creation & editing remotelyWhat We're Looking For:, • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their unique audiences, • Excellent writing and communication skills, • Creative mindset with an eye for visual content, • Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar), • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, • Knowledge of social media analytics and insightsPreferred Qualifications:, • Previous experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional), • Basic photo and video editing skillsDetails:, • Part-time position (15-20 hours per week, flexible schedule), • Remote work options available, • Competitive hourly rateTo Apply: Please send your resume along with links to social media accounts you've managed or examples of content you've created.
