Job Description Legal Administrative Coordinator – Corporate Law Division The Legal Administrative Coordinator plays a key leadership role within the Corporate Law division, supporting the operational excellence of a high‐performing legal administrative team. This position is ideal for an experienced corporate legal administrative professional who is ready to step into a broader coordination and team‐leadership capacity. Position Overview The Legal Administrative Coordinator oversees a team of legal administrative assistants, ensuring smooth day‐to‐day operations, consistent workflow execution, and high‐quality administrative support for the Corporate Law division. This role partners closely with attorneys, senior leadership, and cross‐functional stakeholders to maintain efficiency, elevate service delivery, and foster a collaborative, high‐performance team culture. Key Responsibilities • Provide daily oversight, guidance, and support to a team of eight legal administrative assistants., • Manage workflow distribution, monitor workload balance, and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks., • Serve as the primary point of contact for process questions, issue escalation, and administrative problem‐solving., • Train, onboard, and mentor new administrative hires; develop ongoing training materials and best practices., • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and improve administrative systems., • Coordinate team schedules, coverage plans, and resource allocation to support business needs., • Maintain quality standards for document preparation, filing, calendaring, and other legal administrative functions., • Partner with Corporate Law leadership to support department initiatives, reporting, and operational planning., • Promote a positive, professional, and collaborative team environment. Qualifications • Strong foundation as a corporate legal administrative professional, with deep familiarity in supporting corporate attorneys and legal operations., • Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating the work of others., • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment., • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‐solving abilities., • Proficiency with legal technology platforms, document management systems, and Microsoft Office tools., • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
