About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned industry expert with deep, specialized experience in fashion jewelry. Based in Austin, you will act as our key liaison and strategic advisor, ensuring seamless communication and project execution with our top-tier clients in the US. This is a high-impact, flexible role designed for a proven professional from the jewelry supply chain. Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary technical and commercial interface for Yibi Group's luxury clients in the US, focusing on jewelry projects., • Facilitate day-to-day communication, providing expert insights on product development, sourcing, and manufacturing processes specific to stainless steel jewelry., • Leverage your deep understanding of jewelry construction to advise clients and internal teams on feasibility, aesthetics, and functionality., • Lead or participate in critical business negotiations and deliver professional presentations., • Act as a cultural bridge, seamlessly navigating between Eastern and Western business practices within the jewelry sector. Qualifications: • Industry Background: 10+ years of proven experience in product development, procurement, or strategic sourcing specifically for jewelry within top US fashion brands., • Company Pedigree: Mandatory prior employment experience with at least one of the following leading leather goods maisons:, • Kendra Scott, • Tory Burch, • Kate Spade, • Jennifer Fisher, • Gorjana, • MVMT, • Product Expertise: Deep, hands-on understanding of the development, sourcing, and supply chain for jewelry. Experience with manufacturing techniques is essential., • Professional Network: Established, active, and effective high-level network within the US fashion and jewelry industry., • Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory. Required Skills: • Exceptional Soft Skills: Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities, paired with strategic thinking and a customer-centric mindset., • Cultural Fluency: Deep understanding of the US cultural and business nuances, with the agility to adapt working styles accordingly. Preferred Skills: • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher; a background in Industrial Design, Engineering, or Fashion is a significant plus.
