Job Description Summary Assist in the administration of the Plant’s strategic plan, operational reports, Sarbanes-Oxley documentation, corporate purchasing cards, HACCP program, safety programs, accounts payable, and financial statements. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Maintain and close production reports, end‐of‐shift reports in SAP, and other assigned tasks while ensuring accuracy., • Gather data, prepare, and distribute plant reports including daily, weekly, and year‐to‐date operations and expenditure reports; cost controls; and quality system metrics., • Follow up on departmental training programs to ensure completion; provide necessary materials for monthly meetings (Safety, GMPs, etc.)., • Maintain inventory of production supplies and tools; recommend purchase timing to management., • Audit, maintain, and file quality records and forms., • Coordinate the Quality Manual, ensuring documentation is revised and updated., • Ensure departmental compliance with quality systems such as Security, Food Safety, Sanitation, GMPs, LOTO, HACCP, and other related programs., • Create and maintain reports and charts to monitor departmental performance for management., • Serve as backup to the Production Scheduler., • Recommend process and procedure improvements to support company goals., • Maintain a positive and constructive work environment within the department and across other departments; promote teamwork., • Participate in communication meetings., • Work in a safe manner, following all safety requirements., • Follow all food safety principles and legal requirements., • Ability to work various shifts and hours, including holidays and weekends., • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Education Requirements • Education: High School Diploma or GED, • Experience: 1 – 3 years, • Equivalency: Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered.
