Minimum Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent., • Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off) and be willing to move to different shifts and work overtime to support business operations., • The ability to always wear fab-specific clean room garments (100%) to prevent human contamination of products, and occasionally wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), such as a chemical apron and face shield (approximately 1% of the time)., • Candidates must be willing to alternate assignments between the Remote Operations Center (ROC) and in-FAB, with approximately 80% of their time spent in the ROC and 20% in-FAB.
