Your Role: The Executive Director, Global Value, Access & Pricing is a core member of the global market access leadership team, responsible for shaping the strategic direction of SpringWorks' value proposition across international markets. This role is focused on enabling regional success by providing high-level guidance, deep expertise in global pricing and reimbursement dynamics, and insight-driven support for value communication. This leader will oversee the development of Global Market Access strategies for targeted therapeutic areas, ensuring alignment with evolving payer expectations, healthcare policy trends, and evidence requirements. While not directly responsible for executing submissions, the Executive Director will provide strategic input to guide health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) and support regional teams in preparing for pricing and reimbursement engagements. A strong understanding of global healthcare systems, including policy changes such as Most Favored Nation (MFN) pricing, international reference pricing, and new legislation impacting access in major markets—is essential to success in this role. Location Classification – Hybrid: This role will be required to work onsite 2 days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday), or more depending on business needs. #LI-Hybrid Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead the development of global market access strategies that support regional execution and reflect local payer and policy environments, • Provide strategic oversight and guidance on HEOR frameworks and evidence generation to support value demonstration and HTA readiness, • Monitor and interpret global policy developments and assess their implications for pricing, reimbursement, and access strategy, • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment of value messaging and evidence plans, • Advise regional market access teams on stakeholder engagement strategies, including communication of product value to payers, healthcare executives, and population health decision-makers, • Ensure global value propositions are adaptable and relevant across diverse healthcare systems and reimbursement models, • Serve as a strategic thought partner to regional leaders, offering insight and support throughout the product lifecycle, • Interface with external reimbursement stakeholders across international markets, including:, • Regional payers and health authorities, • Health technology assessment (HTA) bodies, • Specialty distributors and third-party vendors, • Population-based decision-makers and policy influencers, • Lead strategic planning and oversight of:, • Launch readiness activities for OUS markets, • Milestone tracking and performance measurement, • Post-launch execution and access optimization, • Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization, including:, • Regional field access and commercial teams, • Global medical affairs, regulatory, and HEOR functions, • Internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of value messaging and evidence strategy, • Monitor and interpret global policy developments, including:, • Most Favored Nation (MFN) pricing rules, • International reference pricing frameworks, • Emerging legislation impacting reimbursement in major ex-US markets, • Provide strategic guidance (not operational ownership) on:, • HEOR frameworks and evidence generation plans, • HTA submission readiness and value demonstration strategies, • Ensure global value propositions are locally adaptable and relevant across diverse healthcare systems, • Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
