Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and talented Amazon Business Analyst & Channel Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be overseeing our Amazon Vendor Central business with a focus on agency oversight, product launches, SEO best practices, and data-driven performance analysis. You will act as the internal lead and subject matter expert on all things Amazon, ensuring that our advertising agency is executing effectively while driving continued growth through informed strategy, content optimization, and business analysis. The role is also responsible for forecasting sales and predicting trends, as well as reviewing monthly goals and high-level strategies. As a member of the E-Commerce team, you will collaborate with Marketing, DTC and Supply Chain and report directly to VP, E-commerce. REMOTE: This role is classified as exempt from the Fair Labor Standard Act’s overtime requirement, is remote, and open to candidates based in FL/NY area. The position requires working in EST hours, so candidates located on the East Coast are preferred. The work environment is primarily remote, requiring reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace free from significant distractions. What You’ll Do: Essential Job Functions • Amazon Vendor Central Oversight, • Serve as the primary internal owner of Amazon Vendor Central strategy and execution., • Liaise with Amazon Account Managers (if applicable) and troubleshoot operational issues such as chargebacks, shortages, and purchase order discrepancies., • Partner closely with our Amazon advertising agency to ensure alignment on strategy, targeting, budget pacing, and performance goals., • Monitor agency execution and challenge recommendations with data-backed insights to ensure we are maximizing efficiency and ROI., • Oversee content health, catalog accuracy, and compliance within Vendor Central., • Performance Monitoring & Business Analysis, • Analyze weekly/monthly reports to assess trends in sales, traffic, conversion, Buy Box share, and advertising effectiveness (ACoS, TACoS, ROAS)., • Prepare and present performance recaps with key insights, wins, risks, and opportunities., • Partner with finance, sales, and operations teams to support demand planning and inventory optimization., • Track and analyze product-level performance to identify underperforming ASINs and recommend corrective actions., • Product Launch & Content Optimization, • Lead cross-functional product launch readiness, ensuring all elements (copy, imagery, A+ content, backend keywords, pricing strategy) are optimized ahead of go-live., • Maintain and optimize PDPs in collaboration with internal creative teams and/or external content partners., • Conduct SEO audits and implement recommendations based on keyword trends and search behavior., • Monitor and maintain brand presence across Amazon to ensure consistency and brand integrity., • Assist with special projects or initiatives as needed to support departmental goals., • Provide backup coverage for team members during absences or peak workload periods., • Perform additional administrative tasks or clerical duties as assigned. To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications. Reasonable accommodations can be made to support individuals with disabilities in performing essential functions. • 5+ years of experience managing an Amazon Vendor Central account, ideally in beauty, wellness, or CPG., • Experience working with and managing Amazon-focused agencies and third-party partners., • Strong understanding of Amazon metrics, retail media strategy, and content optimization., • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with the ability to interpret large data sets and build performance dashboards., • Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Profitero, Edge by Ascential, or similar platforms., • Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines., • Excellent communication and presentation skills with an eye for detail. This position has no supervisory responsibilities at the moment.
