Job DescriptionRestoration Technician (Mitigation Department)Location: Plymouth, MNShift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30/4:00 PM + OT as requiredHours: 40 hrs/week, 45–55 hrs with mandatory OTPay: $19–$23/hrWorkplace: On-site Seeking an entry-level Restoration Technician to assist the mitigation lead with tear-outs and general labor on commercial restoration projects (water, fire, and other property damage). Report to the Plymouth shop daily, then ride with the team to job sites (you will not be driving). Daily Responsibilities • Perform demolition: flooring, drywall, cabinets, interior surfaces, • Extract water and perform emergency drying services, • Set up, monitor, and take down drying equipment, • Inspect properties and complete drying/monitoring documentation, • Remove damaged materials and debris, • Assist with property board-ups, • Follow safety standards and company policies, • Participate in on-call rotation, • Maintain professional conduct and customer service standards Ideal Candidate Has: • Good tenure, with each job lasting at least 2 years., • Ability to provide manager references (at least 2), • Prior experience in construction, customer service, and /or leadership, • Open to OT, • Strong initiative / go getter mentality, • Will participate in on-call rotation, • Technology experience, • Clean driving record On-Call Expectations • One weeknight per week (set weekly schedule), • One weekend (Fri–Sun nights) every 4th weekend, • Incentives provided Benefits & Growth • Promotion potential: Lead role in 6–12 months, • Health, dental, vision insurance, • 401K (3%–8% match depending on source info provided), • Cell phone allowance: $15 per paycheck, • PTO (80 hours) + 6 paid holidays, • Profit sharing, • Pre-tax accounts: HSA, FSA, dependent care, • Yearly performance reviews for raises, • Company vehicle once promoted to lead Call Kat Swiggum at 763 923 2758 to set up an interview!
