Job Description Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – AI Automation & Agent Systems About the Role We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused CTO / AI Agent Builder to lead the next phase of our company’s evolution—embedding AI across every part of our operations. This is not a theoretical role. This is a build, deploy, iterate role. You will work directly with the VP of the company to design and implement AI-driven systems using our existing Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, etc.), along with modern AI tools and agent frameworks. The goal is simple: Streamline workflows, eliminate friction, and build a smarter, more efficient operation powered by AI. What You’ll Be Doing • Design and deploy AI agents to automate internal workflows (email handling, job intake, scheduling, quoting support, follow-ups, etc.), • Leverage Microsoft 365 + Power Platform to build scalable automation systems, • Integrate AI into real-world operations (not just prototypes—production use), • Work directly with leadership to identify inefficiencies and replace them with intelligent systems, • Build tools that improve:, • Response times, • Workflow consistency, • Internal communication, • Data capture and reporting, • Create systems that allow a lean team to operate at a higher level, • Continuously refine and optimize automation performance based on real usage What We’re Looking For • Experience building AI-powered tools, agents, or automation systems, • Strong understanding of:, • Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Power Automate, Outlook workflows, Teams integrations), • APIs, webhooks, and system integrations, • Prompt engineering and LLM-based workflows, • Background at top-tier tech companies (Amazon, Google, Meta, etc.) or equivalent high-level experience strongly preferred, • Builder mindset: you move fast, test, iterate, and improve, • Ability to translate real business problems into technical solutions, • Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving environment where impact is immediate What Makes This Role Unique • Direct access to leadership—your work gets implemented, not buried, • Real-world application of AI in a service-based business, not just tech for tech’s sake, • Opportunity to build systems that transform how an entire company operates, • High autonomy and ownership—this is your domain to build Compensation • Competitive base salary, • Performance-based bonus tied to:, • Automation impact, • Workflow efficiency improvements, • System adoption and measurable operational gains About Us We are a family-run company with active leadership and a strong, long-term team. Our operations are built on systems, structure, and efficiency, and we are now taking the next step—fully integrating AI into how we operate. We’re not looking to experiment. We’re looking to build and deploy real solutions that make a difference immediately. Who This Is Perfect For • A former big-tech engineer who wants to build something tangible again, • Someone excited about applying AI to real-world operations, • A builder who wants ownership, speed, and visible impact—not layers of bureaucracyCompany DescriptionAbout S. Albert Glass: We are a family-run company with active, hands-on leadership and a strong, long-term team. Many of our employees have been with us for years, which reflects the kind of stable, team-oriented environment we’ve built. Our Service Division focuses on commercial glass and door service work—everything from broken glass replacements and door repairs to more complex storefront and specialty glass projects. We work with property managers, general contractors, and corporate clients, often handling time-sensitive requests where responsiveness and accuracy matter. Our operation is built around clear systems, strong communication, and efficiency. We utilize structured workflows, internal tools, and defined processes to keep a high volume of jobs organized and moving. We rely heavily on email-based communication to maintain accuracy and visibility across all parties involved. We value people who take ownership of their work, stay organized, and want to be part of a structured, reliable operation where consistency and follow-through are key. EXAMPLE AGENT SAG Operations Intelligence Agent email component: What it does Monitors your Microsoft 365 inbox and automatically reads, classifies, and acts on incoming emails — so you spend less time triaging and more time executing. Core functions Intake classification — Tags emails by type (new inquiry, PO received, schedule change, vendor reply, complaint, etc.) the moment they arrive Thread reconstruction — Groups fragmented email chains by project/job so you see the full picture, not scattered messages Quote follow-up — Tracks sent quotes and nudges you (or auto-drafts a follow-up) when a prospect goes quiet past a set window PO tracking — Flags when a PO arrives, extracts key details (job name, amount, due date), and logs it Schedule readiness alerts — Cross-references incoming emails against open jobs to flag when all pieces (permits, crane, traffic control, materials) are confirmed Draft generation — Uses your PhraseExpress macros + past email examples (your training mailbox) to draft replies in your voice How it's wired together Microsoft 365 inbox ↓ Make (trigger on new email) ↓ Claude / Azure OpenAI (classify + extract + draft) ↓ Action: log to tracker / send draft / fire alert Training layer Your labeled mailbox (GOOD:, FIX:, EDGE: prefixes) feeds examples back in so the agent gets sharper over time on SAG-specific language and situations. Bottom line: It's essentially a smart dispatcher sitting inside your inbox — reading everything, routing what matters, drafting responses, and keeping your job pipeline visible without you having to chase it.About S.
