You'll engage with clients on insurance and financial services needs, including auto, home, life, more. This position offers base salary plus bonus and benefits. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees you'll be part of our agency team, not corporate State Farm. We provide training, licensing support, and a collaborative environment to build your career. Key Responsibilities • Customer Service Excellence: Respond to inbound inquiries, process policy changes, and handle claims follow-ups., • Sales & Relationship Building: Identify cross-sell opportunities for products like auto, home, renters, life, health, and business insurance through need-based consultations., • Administrative Support: Manage client files in our CRM system, schedule appointments, and prepare quotes., • Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between clients and departments, contributing to agency growth and retention goals., • Compliance & Development: Maintain accurate records, stay current on licensing requirements, and participate in training programs.Qualifications, • Experience: 1+ years in customer service, sales, or insurance preferred (entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills encouraged to apply)., • Education: High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in business, finance, or related field a plus., • Licensing: Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license (we provide study materials and exam support; Life & Health a plus)., • Skills: Excellent communication (phone/email/in-person), proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or Policy Center)., • Personal Attributes: Outgoing, empathetic, detail-oriented, and motivated by helping others.
