Specialties: Food Packaging Equipment, Industrial Automation, High Complexity Mechanical Systems, Electromechanical Equipment, Service Operations Leadership What You Will Be Doing • Direct strategic and commercial leadership across all aftermarket functions, • Oversee recruitment, development, and performance management for the Aftermarket team, • Implement policies, processes, and performance metrics that drive operational efficiency and customer experience, • Improve operational results including response time, schedule adherence, first time fix rate, and service profitability, • Drive proactive customer engagement, rapid issue resolution, and strong follow through, • Strengthen feedback loops to translate field insights into engineering, quality, and product improvements, • Partner with Sales and Marketing to build integrated go to market strategies, • Serve as the voice of the customer to align engineering, operations, service, quality, and finance, • Build a high engagement, high accountability service culture with clear priorities and consistent execution, • Create development plans, cross training programs, and succession readiness for the team What You Need for This Position • 8+ years of leadership experience with proven aftermarket commercial growth results, • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline; MBA preferred, • Experience in food processing or field service industries preferred, • Proven ability to lead organizational change and engage cross functional teams, • Strong financial acumen with accountability for P&L performance, • Ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels and with customers and partners, • Proven ability to influence, build consensus, and drive alignment across stakeholders, • Proficiency with Office 365, CRM platforms, and ERP system - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
