This senior-level role will focus on developing key client relationships, leading national business development efforts, and shaping overall market strategy. This individual will play a critical role in managing a strong pipeline, identifying high-value opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction, while promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth goals, • Partner with leadership to identify and pursue strategic opportunities, • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders, • Guide internal teams on pursuit strategy and client engagement, • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and brand positioning, • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, • Track and manage pipeline activity through CRM systems, • Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform strategy Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within the mission critical (data center) industry, • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and winning new business, • Strong network and presence within the mission critical market, • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, • Strong organizational and analytical abilities, • Experience using CRM and business development tools
