Responsibilities: • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including supply ordering, maintenance, and facilities management, and light IT work., • Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to our engineering team and HR, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, reviewing resumes, and conducting phone interviews., • Project Coordination: Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines, preparing reports, reviewing project contracts, and coordinating with clients and subcontractors., • Financial Assistance: Support accounting functions, including accounts receivable and payable., • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, handling inquiries and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, • Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook, • Familiarity with BillQuick software (a plus), • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Experience in the architecture or engineering industry (preferred) Compensation: $40 - $55 per hour, depending on experience.
