Job Description Job Summary The E-commerce Administrative Coordinator supports the Amazon Channel Manager in managing and optimizing a high-volume Amazon seller account. This role focuses on daily operational support with a strong emphasis on pricing rather than purchasing. Candidates must have prior channel experience, particularly with Amazon or similar platforms. Key Responsibilities • Manage, analyze, and optimize product pricing across multiple e-commerce channels, including third-party marketplaces and direct-to-consumer websites., • Analyze sales velocity, competitor pricing, profitability, and inventory levels to recommend and implement pricing adjustments., • Oversee pricing updates across a large SKU catalog for multiple online sales channels., • Input pricing changes through ERP systems using manual entry and bulk spreadsheet uploads., • Monitor competitive pricing activity and market trends to maintain consistent and competitive pricing strategies., • Optimize margins and inventory turnover through strategic pricing decisions., • Partner with the pricing team and operations leadership to ensure accuracy and consistency across channels., • Provide pricing and sales analysis support to advertising, purchasing, and other internal teams., • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field., • Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and translating analysis into actionable pricing decisions., • Strong understanding of margin calculations, profitability analysis, and pricing fundamentals., • Experience conducting market and competitive analysis., • Experience managing a team of analysts., • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets., • Strong written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams., • High attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities., • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and ambiguity., • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications (if any) • Prior experience in e-commerce pricing strategy and channel management., • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or other marketplace platforms.
