Job Description Position Overview A top-performing residential real estate brokerage team is seeking a driven, articulate, and coachable Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to manage and convert both inbound and outbound internet leads. This critical role focuses on lead generation, qualification, and relationship-building with prospective home buyers and sellers. The ISA will be responsible for nurturing leads, setting appointments, and conducting live call transfers to our licensed sales agents. This position plays a vital role in driving sales pipeline growth and maintaining strong client engagement throughout the buying or selling journey. Compensation: $48,000 - $80,000 yearly Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities • Conduct high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails to hot and warm leads using our CRM (Follow Up Boss), • Qualify buyer and seller leads through discovery conversations, • Set appointments for consultations, showings, and calls with real estate agents, • Warm up and nurture older leads using proven scripts and workflows, • Transfer leads (via live call transfers) to agents when appropriate, and document all information in CRM, • Successfully handle objections, provide value, and build rapport with potential clients, • Collaborate with team agents to understand availability and booking preferences, • Track and report daily activities and lead conversion metrics, • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and goals What You Get • Access to a pipeline of leads (both buyers and sellers), • Proven scripts, systems, and ongoing coaching, • Full CRM access with automations and workflows in place, • Performance-based commissions and growth potential, • High school diploma or equivalent, • 1+ year prior successful sales or internet Marketing Experience, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Comfortable with high-volume, high-quality phone outreach (150+ dials per day), using scripts and proven sales techniques and methodologies, • Good understanding of CRM systems and sales pipelines, with strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills, • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (Follow Up Boss, Internet Lead Management, Google Workspace), • Self-motivated with a team-player mindset, with a passion and desire to grow in the real estate industry, • Must be located in Greater Las Vegas and familiar with the area Preferred Qualifications • 2+ years of successful inside sales and/or outbound sales experience, • Bilingual (including Spanish and other languages), • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills, including seamlessly keeping an off-script conversation going, • Familiarity with lead generation platforms and online marketing tools, • Internet Lead Management, • 1+ year of real estate industry experience and real estate CRMsAbout Company The Nathan Petrosian Real Estate Team, operating under Realty One Group, ranked the #1 real estate brand in the world, with over 20,000 real estate professionals in 500+ locations across 50 US states and 24 different countries, is a fast-growing and dynamic real estate team committed to delivering exceptional service to clients throughout the Las Vegas area.
