Job Description Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cloud Engineer III. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based systems while ensuring they are dynamically scalable, fault-tolerant, and cost-effective. The Cloud Engineer III will lead significant technical initiatives, manage Citrix infrastructure, and support Azure-based solutions, including Azure DevOps, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities: Cloud System Engineering: • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, available, and fault-tolerant cloud-based systems using Azure PAAS and IAAS services., • Maintain and administer all aspects of the company’s Citrix infrastructure, including XenApp and XenDesktop., • Implement Azure Identity, SSO (single sign-on), and MFA (multi-factor authentication) capabilities., • Manage, plan, design, and troubleshoot Azure Active Directory in a hybrid environment., • Lead projects and initiatives, contributing to the technical design and implementation of systems on-premise or in cloud platforms., • Build and manage Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD and release workflows., • Work closely with IT teams to implement cloud solutions aligned with organizational goals and requirements. Must-Haves: • Education:, • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or 4 years of relevant experience., • Master’s Degree is preferred., • Experience:, • 6-10 years of relevant experience in IT, with expertise in cloud systems and infrastructure., • Extensive experience with Azure, Citrix VDI, XenDesktop, XenServer, VMware, Hyper-V, and networking fundamentals., • Skills and Tools:, • Proficiency in Yaml, Python, PowerShell, Azure CLI, Windows, and Linux., • Knowledge of emerging container management platforms like Kubernetes, Docker, and Rancher., • Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory, Azure DevOps, AVD, and Citrix Provisioning Services., • Strong expertise in server architecture, virtualization, LAN/WAN, Firewall, and VPN technologies., • Communication:, • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to explain complex technical concepts effectively., • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer)., • Experience with cloud-native tools like Terraform and knowledge of web services, APIs, and REST., • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and database systems (e.g., SQL).
