Job Description Job Summary:The Senior Associate Transportation - Parcel plays a key role in managing daily parcel transportation operations while driving performance through data, analytics, and continuous improvement. This role sits at the intersection of operations, analytics, and third-party carrier management, with ownership of real-time execution, performance visibility, and actionable insights. The position also serves as the Team Lead for Track & Trace, translating operational data into scalable improvements and carrier accountability. Key Responsibilities: • Own daily parcel transportation execution and performance across regions, • Manage real-time shipment visibility, exception handling, delays, and rollovers, • Analyze lane-, carrier-, and node-level performance metrics (OTD, exceptions, delays), • Lead and guide the Track & Trace team using a data-driven execution model, • Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and recurring performance reports, • Perform root cause analysis and track corrective and preventive actions, • Develop, document, and continuously improve SOPs informed by data insights, • Partner cross-functionally with operations, analytics, and leadership teams to align on performance drivers, • Ensure carrier accountability through performance monitoring and reporting, • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadershipRequired Skills:, • 3–5 years of experience in logistics or transportation operations, • Experience leading or supporting operational teams, • Strong analytical mindset with proven root-cause analysis capabilities, • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivots, and lookups, • Working knowledge of SQL and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) for data extraction, analysis, and visualization, • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence operators and leadership, • Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) such as Turvo, MercuryGate, or similar platforms, • Experience building BI dashboards and data visualizations, • Background in startup or high-growth environments Education: Bachelors Degree Company DescriptionCompunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions.
