What Our Client Needs: A Sr. Technical Training Specialist to design, deliver, and maintain technical training programs focused on enterprise platforms and systems. This role will collaborate closely with IT, Operations, and Product Management to ensure that training content is current, effective, and aligned with organizational goals. Who You Are: You are a confident communicator with strong project management and presentation skills who can build effective relationships both one-on-one and in group settings. You thrive working independently and collaboratively within a matrixed environment and excel at managing multiple projects and competing priorities with creativity and precision. You bring a background in technical training, systems enablement, or instructional design, with experience developing and delivering training modules on enterprise systems such as Dynamics CRM and Finance & Operations (F&O). You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at creating engaging materials using tools like Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Camtasia. You stay current with best practices in adult learning, web development, and training methodologies. You take initiative, adapt quickly to new technologies, and demonstrate leadership, collaboration, and innovation in every project. You hold an associate’s degree or equivalent experience and have 3–5 years of experience in technical training or instructional design, preferably within contact center or sales environments. What You’ll Do: You will design, develop, and deliver training programs that enhance user proficiency, promote operational excellence, and drive successful system adoption. • Designing, developing, and delivering technical training curriculum related to enterprise systems (Dynamics CRM, F&O, and others), • Creating and maintaining training materials including walkthroughs, job aids, and e-learning modules using tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, and Camtasia, • Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and process alignment, • Acting as a liaison between technical teams and end users to ensure training addresses practical needs and system changes, • Facilitating training sessions in various formats: in-person, virtual, hybrid, and self-paced, • Evaluating training effectiveness and implementing enhancements based on participant feedback and data, • Supporting onboarding and development of team members within the training function, • Managing relationships with external training vendors as needed This position requires up to 15% travel and has no supervisory responsibilities.
