Credence has an immediate opening for a Program Analyst who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center WAM (AFLCMC/WAM) directorate, F-16 division at WPAFB, OH. F-16 “Viper” AFLCMC/WAM is headquartered at Hill Air Force Base with units located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Tyndall Air Force Base, Eglin Air Force Base, and Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. The F-16 “Viper” is a multi-role fighter jet delivering air-to-air, air-to-ground, and surveillance capabilities for the United States Air Force (USAF) and Coalition Partners. The F-16 program has the largest Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program in U.S. history producing over 4,500 jets for 24 countries. Each F-16 FMS case is uniquely tailored to country requirements / development / funding. Presently, FMS production orders exist through 2030. Additionally, the F-16 program includes the Multi-National Fighter Program (MNFP). MNFP is not a typical FMS program, but a unique, cooperative USAF and development program implemented through the FMS process under the framework of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). MNFP began in 1975 with the countries of Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, and Norway; Portugal joined in 200. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below: • Provide support to various F-16 FMS programs. The Contractor shall support teams working on one or multiple programs., • Assist to plan, organize, complete, and present assessments of program/project management concepts, analyses, studies and procedures., • Assist to evaluate implications of existing or proposed projects, programs, processes, and policies/laws and recommend improvements., • Assist to collect and analyze manpower data on previous programs and developing new manpower estimated for the new programs., • Assist with preparation of documentation for LORs and implementation and execution of LOAs IAW the AECA, SAMM/DSCA Manual 5105.38-M DoD acquisition processes., • Assist to gather, analyze, evaluate, and document information required by program or project managers and foreign customers and provide daily administrative support with minimal or no assistance, utilizing FMS policies, the AECA and analytical methods or techniques., • Assist in coordination and obtaining approvals from the foreign disclosure office prior to release to foreign partners., • Assist in preparing briefings and reports, and document meetings, plans, and discussions with U.S. and foreign parties., • Provide project management assistance for domestic and foreign travel. This activity shall include identifying requirements for travel and availability of meeting rooms; processing Government personnel travel orders in DTS; initiating foreign travel country clearances through Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance Systems (APACS); and coordinating with security, foreign disclosure, U.S. and foreign embassy staff, overseas MAJCOMs and SAF/IA representatives to process overseas travel requirements., • Assist to provide instructions to travelers in regards to obtaining visas, passports, and other FMS necessary travel documents, and shall assist in applications if needed., • Accomplish OCONUS and CONUS travel in support of F-16 program meetings, reviews, audits and other activities held at U.S. and foreign government and Contractor facilities., • Must have at least an active secret clearance., • Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 ten years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, at least five of which must be in the DoD or, • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and a minimum of 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD or, • Fifteen years of directly related experience with proper certifications, eight of which must be in the DoD, • Recommend a minimum of ten years of administrative/analysis support experience, • Recommend two years must be in a Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition program, • Minimum one year of FMS experience, • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision), • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA), • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D), • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays), • Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity), • Short Term & Long Term Disability, • Training & Development

Requirements Responsibilities: • Respond to taskers rapidly with an all-encompassing approach by performing the following: identify a problem, analyze it, identify course of actions and make recommendations for proper distribution., • Perform duties of an Action Officer, including: prepare briefings; develop, coordinate, and complete the required analysis on suspense responses, and formulate recommended courses of action for guidance and decisions by leadership using the suspense tracking system and TMT task tracker., • Assist with suspense tracking in the suspense management system., • Review the content of the RSO OPS electronic workflow mailbox and coordinate responses with the appropriate two-letter directorates and assign OPS action officers to each task., • Assist with closure of suspenses and package suspenses., • Coordinate with the center Directorate of Personnel awards monitor to track all awards packages., • Assist in managing and tracking the civilian and military decoration programs for the center., • Assist with manning / screening the RSO workflow., • Provide support for the overall management of programs/ efforts as assigned and interact with lateral organizations or any external agencies as required to adequately perform these tasks., • Support Government requirements for internal/external briefings and reports by assisting with preparation, scheduling, and coordination of materials, to include assisting with the preparation and review of correspondence., • Produce a variety of letters, reports, spreadsheets, database reports, and graphs effectively and efficiently using standard USAF office automation software programs., • Assist the RSO Operations (OPS) suspense and tracking team., • Prepare weekly status briefings of late and upcoming suspenses for OPS Chief review at the OPS Staff Meeting., • Train RSO OPS and two-letter action officers on the use of suspense tracking system and answer questions on the technical aspect of the system and process questions., • Provide direct support to quickly and accurately turn data into usable and actionable output and efficiently and effectively communicate that information for AFLCMC senior leaders, to include any researching, creating, assigning, tracking, and communicating with various higher headquarters or directorate-level offices., • Assist in updating/retrieving information in the center MS SharePoint document library., • Assist in compiling, formatting, and storing directorate level inputs to taskings to support development of the center response., • Utilize both NIPRNet and SIPRNet electronic mail to request and compile responses and transmit approved responses to specified higher headquarters or Congressional inquiries. Your role will be to support our diverse portfolio of programs through a combination of software design and development, hardware interfacing and integration, laboratory experimentation, ground and flight testing to deploy cutting edge, next generation solutions. Primary Responsibilities. • Responsible for applying scheduling theory/practice to develop the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and related artifacts in compliance with applicable standards and policies., • Responsible for implementing practices to align the time phasing and plans for resources with the IMS to provide an integrated technical, schedule, and resource/cost baseline and forecast/ ETC for programs., • Responsible for generating and maintaining a program-level detailed IMS capturing each LOE discrete subtasks., • Responsible for coordinating with customer and peer-teaming stakeholders to compile multiple stakeholder IMSs into one Master Program Schedule., • Participate in new business proposals through scheduling functional support., • Serves as a scheduling leader in assisting programs with issue identification & resolution solutions., • Implement program scheduling business rhythms & controls., • Develop scheduling artifacts to meet contractual/project requirements., • Monitor, analyze, and report performance against baseline schedules to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met., • Significant interface with Program Managers, Contracts, and Senior Technical Personnel, as well as other organizations.
