Job DescriptionPrimary Job Title: Manufacturing TechnicianAlternate / Related Job Titles: • Production Technician, • Manufacturing Operations Technician, • Assembly & Test Technician, • Equipment Operations Technician, • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot complex equipment to ensure production requirements are met, • Meet standard cycle times while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards, • Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to support equipment calibration, • Apply basic working knowledge of test equipment within the operations area, • Perform rework and quality testing on parts, components, subassemblies, and final assembliesQuality, Safety & Compliance, • Maintain and promote a safe work environment; identify and respond to unsafe conditions, • Report non-conformances to Team Lead or Supervisor and complete NCEs as required, • Ensure processes align with all applicable quality standards, • Participate in root cause investigations using basic troubleshooting tools, • Maintain and execute 5S standards within the work areaSystems, Documentation & Inventory, • Complete training requirements on time and maintain accurate training records, • Conduct inventory transactions to ensure inventory system integrity, • Process work order transactions accurately using Oracle, • Utilize Oracle and Agile systems to retrieve documentation and ensure data accuracy, • Maintain regular and punctual attendance; work overtime as needed to support productionRequired Experience & SkillsRequired (Must-Have), • Ability to operate in a manufacturing or production environment, • High level of attention to detail with a strong focus on quality, • Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures, • Effective verbal and written communication skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications, • Education: High School Diploma (H.S./GED) or Associate Degree, • Experience: 0–1 year in a manufacturing or operations role, • Experience with Oracle ERP or Agile PLM systems (preferred, not required), • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive)Physical Demands & Work Environment, • Sitting, standing, walking; use of hands for handling tools and controls, • Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching as required, • Lifting and carrying items up to 40 pounds, • Exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration, and moderate noise, • Exposure to hazardous chemicals and materials, • Required use of safety shoes with impact and compression protection, • Work in environments involving high-voltage electronics, radiation, clean rooms, controlled or dark-room settingsAdditional Role Details, • Forklift or pallet jack operation: Not required, • Works under close supervision on routine tasks with limited independent judgment, • Makes limited process decisions within scope of training, partnering with senior technicians or Team Leads as needed, • Active participant in managed daily improvement initiativesContract Benefits, • Medical Insurance, • Vision Insurance, • Dental Insurance We are a Native American-owned, economically disadvantaged corporation that highly values diverse and inclusive workplaces.
