RESPONSIBILITIES: · Implement Behavior Plans: Follow detailed behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support individuals with behavior challenges. · Direct Client Interaction: Engage with clients directly to implement behavior protocols and collect data on their progress. · Data Collection and Analysis: Accurately record and track behavioral data during sessions, ensuring documentation is thorough and timely. · Behavioral Support: Provide consistent and effective reinforcement of desired behaviors and appropriate responses to challenging behaviors. · Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client sessions, including progress notes and incident reports, in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. · Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to maintain RBT certification and develop skills in behavior analysis and intervention techniques. · Ethics and Professionalism: Adhere to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts. · Client and Family Support: Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to provide support, answer questions, and ensure understanding of behavior intervention plans. · Safety and Compliance: Ensure the safety and well-being of clients during sessions, following established safety protocols and procedures.
