We do approximately 50 remodels per year and with with the same subcontractors on each property. All of our properties are within 90 minutes of RDU International Airport. We are looking for a self-motivated licensed plumber with experience in remodels. We will pay by phone for all materials and provide weekly progress payments, but as a 1099 contractor, you will be expected to use your own vehicle and tools. A qualified plumber must have attention to detail and be able to arrive to jobsites on-time, complete the jobs in the agreed upon timeframe, leave the construction site clean each day, and provide photos of their work before leaving the jobsite. If interested, this could be a full-time position, but we can also go job-by-job for contractors with an established book of business.
