Trade Marketing Operations & Execution • Own seasonal Salesmen Samples (SMS) ordering for the Sales team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment to selling strategies, • Process and manage sales sample requests, partnering with Operations and Inventory teams to locate, allocate, and track product, • Lead the fixture process from concept through execution, working closely with the Merchandising Coordinator to ensure validation, accuracy, and readiness for market, • Manage multiple trade initiatives simultaneously, tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across teams, • Proactively identify gaps, risks, or inefficiencies and partner cross-functionally to implement solutions, • Conduct bi-annual SMS costing analysis, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and margin protection, • Partner with Finance, Operations, and Sales to align costing assumptions with trade strategy and execution realities, • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed across:, • Salesmen Samples (SMS), • Tradeshow warehouse inventory management, • Fixture creation, validation, and execution, • Work alongside cross-functional teams to align expectations, standardize processes, and improve scalability, • Continuously refine workflows to support growth, consistency, and operational clarityRequirements: Required Skills & Experience • 3–6+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, Merchandising, or a related field within a consumer goods or retail environment, • Highly organized with strong project management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies simultaneously, • Detail-oriented operator with experience executing end-to-end processes, including product/sample coordination, inventory management, or fixture execution, • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising, Operations, Finance, and Analytics teams to deliver aligned outcomes, • Familiarity with retail merchandising practices, including Planograms (POGs), fixture development, and in-store execution standards, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience supporting costing, budgeting, or operational decision-making, • Experience developing or improving processes and SOPs, with a focus on driving efficiency, scalability, and consistency Benefits: • 401(k) program and company match, • Health, dental, and vision insurance, • Health savings account, • Employee assistance program, • Bonus pay plan
