The Warehouse Operations and Distribution Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Budderfly's warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, along with inbound RMA coordination and processing. This role leads the warehouse team to ensure operational accuracy, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who excels in process optimization, ERP utilization, and cross-department collaboration to support Budderfly's rapid growth and customer commitments. Key Responsibilities • Experience: 5–10 years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution, or materials management roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management capacity., • Technical Skills: Advanced ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, or similar required); strong Excel and data analysis skills., • Knowledge: Deep understanding of warehouse operations, order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory control best practices., • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop teams, set clear performance goals, and foster accountability., • Process Orientation: Strong background in lean or continuous improvement methodologies; able to design and implement scalable processes., • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, operate standard warehouse equipment, and navigate a warehouse environment.
