Job Description We are seeking a Warehouse Associate supports the manufacturing and decorating teams by accurately picking, staging, and delivering materials and products needed for production. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory counts, ensuring timely and precise order fulfillment, and keeping work areas organized and safe. The position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with scanners, and the ability to work efficiently while on your feet for extended periods. Key Responsibilities · Pick and prepare product orders for the manufacturing and decoration teams based on production schedules. · Use handheld scanners to locate, verify, and record product movement in the warehouse system. · Ensure accuracy in counts and product identification before transferring materials to production. · Replenish materials and maintain proper stock levels for production needs. · Assist with receiving, put-away, and inventory control as needed. · Safely lift, move, and transport products weighing up to 50 pounds. · Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and staging areas. · Communicate effectively with warehouse and production staff to ensure smooth workflow. · Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures. Qualifications · Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment preferred. · Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for up to 8 hours per shift. · Proficient with RF scanners or warehouse management systems. · Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. · Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic.
