Job Description Our client is seeking a Warehouse Specialist for its Durham, NC facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience independently managing warehouse operations, including equipment and inventory management, operating material handling equipment (sit-down forklift), and handling shipping and receiving functions. Preferred certifications include OSHA 10/30, First Aid, and CPR. The successful candidate will be mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with strong proficiency in inventory management software. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, with a strong focus on inventory control, tracking, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. The role follows 8-hour shifts, with occasional overtime required to coordinate with field crews or support disaster recovery and weekend operations.
