POSITION SUMMARY LiquidStack is a rapidly growing leader in advanced liquid cooling technology, delivering high-performance cooling solutions for data centers, AI infrastructure, and hyperscale computing environments worldwide. The Production Assembler – Final Assembly role is a hands-on position responsible for the final mechanical and electrical assembly, integration, and verification of liquid cooling units prior to shipment. This role ensures all mechanical, electrical, and fluid systems are assembled accurately, tested thoroughly, and built to LiquidStack's quality, safety, and performance standards. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong mechanical and/or electrical assembly background who thrive in a fast-paced, scaling manufacturing environment and value safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Core Behaviors: • Flexible – Every day may look different; you'll adapt to new builds, evolving processes, and continuous improvements., • Collaborative – You will work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and R&D as we bring new products to life., • Driven – You take pride in craftsmanship, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality builds with urgency and purpose., • Agile – We move fast; our products evolve quickly, and you'll grow rapidly as we scale., • Customer-Centric – The systems you build directly power global AI, cloud, and enterprise customers., • Cross-training across electrical, mechanical, and technical disciplines, • A rapidly scaling environment with real upward mobility, • Perform final mechanical assembly of liquid cooling units, including frames, enclosures, panels, piping, fittings, pumps, valves, and system hardware, • Perform final electrical assembly and integration, including wiring, cable routing, harness installation, sensors, controls, and electrical components, • Integrate mechanical, electrical, and fluid subsystems into complete, shipment-ready units, • Verify assemblies against work instructions, drawings, schematics, and BOMs, • Perform final functional checks, continuity checks, visual inspections, and system verification, • Support leak testing, pressure testing, and validation activities, • Identify, document, and correct non-conformances or build issues, • Maintain accurate build records, inspection results, and test documentation, • Apply Lean manufacturing principles to support efficient, repeatable, and high-quality builds, • Maintain an organized and standardized workstation using 5S / 6S methodologies (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety), • Identify waste, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement, • Demonstrate a safety-first mindset in all tasks and decisions, • Follow all safety procedures, job hazard analyses, and PPE requirements, • Proactively identify and report safety concerns or risks, • Work closely with Production Leads, Quality, Engineering, and R&D to resolve assembly challenges, • Support new product introductions, pilot builds, and process changes Required: • High school diploma or equivalent., • Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset., • Experience in one or more: mechanical assembly, wiring, soldering, control panels, piping, or controls setup/testing., • Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines., • Able to work independently., • Experience assembling complex electromechanical systems., • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, 5S / 6S, or continuous improvement environments., • Standing/walking up to 8+ hours per shift., • Lift up to 50 lbs regularly., • Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and overhead work., • Competitive pay with opportunities for overtime, • Consistent day-shift schedule, • Paid time off, holidays, and great benefits, • Be part of an industry-disrupting company with room to grow, • Work on innovative technologies in a collaborative, supportive environment
