The Position The Digital Product Content Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, organization, and continuity of JournalBooks’ product content and digital assets on JournalBooks.com, migrating to PCNA.com and on all third-party distributor platforms. This role supports the migration from JournalBooks.com to PCNA.com, ensuring product imagery, specifications, and pricing are accurate, current, and implementation ready. The coordinator partners with the Corporate Web Team on updates and new initiatives while ensuring JournalBooks product information supports sales execution and customer experience. This position focuses on content governance and data accuracy. Website design, functionality, and digital marketing strategy remain under Corporate Marketing ownership. Key Responsibilities Website Migration & Ongoing Support • Audit, organize, and validate existing JournalBooks.com content for migration., • Prepare and submit product content, imagery, and pricing files to Corporate Web Team, • Partner with Corporate Web on new initiatives and updates impacting JournalBooks content., • Maintain accurate product descriptions, specifications, and approved pricing., • Ensure consistency between internal pricing documentation and published platforms., • Conduct regular audits of:, • PCNA.com, • ESP / SAGE and other distributor platforms, • Maintain organized digital asset library (product images, spec sheets, supporting materials), • Coordinate with Creative Team to source or develop required imagery., • Ensure product pages accurately reflect capabilities, options, and configurations., • Support new product launches with complete and accurate digital assets., • Assist in removal of discontinued items and outdated materials., • Data accuracy and validation, • Website content fluency, • Process discipline, • Cross-functional coordination, • High School Diploma or equivalent, • 2–5 years’ experience in digital content management, website content coordination, or product data administration, • Strong understanding of website content structure and data transfer processes, • Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and file formatting requirements., • Proficiency in Excel and data validation, • High attention to detail and data accuracy, • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
